These terms govern your use of the website and our services (“Services”).
By using the website or placing orders, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and place orders.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (name, address, email, payment details) is accurate and up-to-date.

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and may not allow anyone else to use your account.

3. Orders

All posters are made to order via Gelato and available in a single size.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is accepted only once payment has been processed.

We strive for accurate product descriptions, but colors and appearance may vary depending on screen and print.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (images, graphics, text, design) is the property of AEMP Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or use any content without written permission from us.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is”. We make no guarantees that the Services will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or other consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.

6. Product Defects and Claims

Product defects are handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (1990:932).

Since all products are custom-made to order, no right of withdrawal applies under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

7. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us the right to use it freely, including commercially, without compensation.

You warrant that you have the right to provide the feedback and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes should first be attempted to resolve through dialogue. If that is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts where AEMP Studio is domiciled.
