Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

All our posters are made to order and available in only one size.
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), there is no right of withdrawal for goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
This means we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to personal taste or choice of design.


2. Defective or Damaged Products

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (1990:932), you are always entitled to compensation if a product is defective, damaged, or does not match its description.
If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will offer:

  • A replacement poster at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund if a replacement cannot be provided


3. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you:

  • Track your package

  • Ensure you receive your product or a refund in case of lost delivery
