Shipping policy

1. Production and Shipping

All posters are produced on demand via Gelato, which means local production and shipping from the nearest production hub. Products are manufactured after the order is placed.

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are always displayed at checkout before confirming the order, in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) and EU consumer protection regulations.

2. Delivery Times

Normally, products are delivered within:

Production time: 1–4 business days after order
Shipping within EU/Sweden: 2–5 business days
Total delivery time: usually up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, or high demand.

If a product is not delivered within a reasonable time, the customer has the right under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act to request delivery within an additional reasonable period or to cancel the order.

3. Tracking

We use the tracking features that Gelato provides to Shopify.

Customers receive a tracking number and delivery status via Shopify notifications if tracking is enabled.

Some shipping methods or countries may have limited tracking, depending on the carrier.

4. Risk and Responsibility

We are responsible for the product until it has been received by the customer.

If the product is damaged during transport, please contact us and we will assist with a claim in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (1990:932).

Any customs duties or import taxes for international deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Claims and Lost Shipments

If the product has not been received within the agreed timeframe, or is delivered damaged:

We will track the package with Gelato or handle a claim.

In case of confirmed loss or damage, a replacement or refund will be offered according to applicable consumer laws.

6. Customer Rights Under the Law

Right to clear information about shipping before purchase under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
At least 2 years right to claim defects for faulty products under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Made-to-order posters (POD) are not eligible for withdrawal, but defects or damages are covered by law.
